How to use

Patch test before use.

If it's your first time using Retinol, limit to 3x per week.

Gradually increase the frequency of application if no irritation occurs.
Stop using altogether if irritation occurs.
Expect purging.

I got different type of product and haven't received an explanation as to why

Hi Michelle, thank you for you order. We checked your order and noted that you received 2 x 15ml bottles of the 1.5% Retinol Serum instead of 1 30ml bottle. The brand had a shortage of packaging due to a delayed shipment and therefore opted to package the serums in 15ml bottles which were available to them locally instead of the normal 30ml bottle. We can assure you that the product inside was the same. We apologise for not notifying you prior to delivery.
