Shipping policy

Delivery will take place within 5 working days of receiving payment. Please contact us on orders@skincarealert.co.bw to track your order.

4.1 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of payment of order. 

The operating hours are Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00, except on public holidays at which time the office will be closed.

4.2 Change Of Delivery Address

Please email orders@skincarealert.co.bw to change a delivery address. This change can be processed provided the package has not been dispatched to the courier company.

 4.3 Items Out Of Stock

Should items ordered be out of stock, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer  us to process a refund.

 4.4 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please emailorders@skincarealert.co.bw so we can assist.
