How to use

AM

Dermatologists recommend that sunscreen should *not* be mixed with any product because it should not be diluted.
Sunscreen should be applied separately as the layering ensures adequate sun protection.

Dermatologists recommend 2 milligrams of sunscreen per centimeter of skin, meaning about 1/2 teaspoon of sunscreen to your face.
An easy measure is to use the two finger rule.
Squeeze sunscreen on both the index and middle finger from the base to the top of the each finger.
This should provide the adequate amount of sunscreen to be applied on your face, ears, neck and upper chest.
